In honor of School Board appreciation month, RCR elementary would like to extend our gratitude to school board trustee Fernando Torres. As governor Greg Abbott stated in his proclamation," These board members set a vision for their district based on students' needs and community values. They uphold standards of rigor, achievement, discipline, and decency, and provide a forum in which parent and citizens can involve themselves in the education process." We thank Mr. Fernando Torres for his dedication to our district along with all the other members of the EEISD board!
LBJ Kindergarten student Emery Granados said, “Coach, I can run a mile. Watch me!” She went out and did it.
