EEISD Confirms All Campuses Are Clear and Secure

Registration for the 2025-2026 incoming 7th grade students is available. You can come by PFC David Ybarra and register in person or online on the parent portal. Office will be open from 8-4pm today, tomorrow and Thursday. For any questions, you can call us at 262-8273.

Tomorrow the EE High School Barbers will be giving free haircuts to boys. Parental consent is needed for the services. The boys were given a permission slip yesterday. Please have them bring it in if they would like a haircut or trim. Thank you.
Good afternoon PFC Ybarra Parents, Tomorrow our students take the STAAR Math test. Please make sure your child has a good night's rest and to arrive on time tomorrow morning. Encourage your child to do their best and to take their time. We kindly request NO backpacks, NO smartwatches and NO cell phones. Thank you and have a great evening.

🎉🐷 4th Annual Showmanship Clinic & Toy Drive Success! 🎁✨
The Edcouch-Elsa FFA hosted its 4th Annual Showmanship Clinic on December 3, 2024, and it was a huge success! 🙌 Presented by Mr. Joe Carter, this event brought students together to showcase their hogs and develop their showmanship skills. Buckles were awarded to outstanding participants in four divisions: Seniors, Intermediate, Junior Intermediate, and Junior, including Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, and Third Overall Showman. 🏆👏
This clinic wasn’t just about showmanship—it also served as our annual toy drive, where participants donated new toys to bring holiday cheer to students in the Edcouch-Elsa School District. 🎄❤️
A big thank you to Mr. JJ Garza, Mr. AJ Garza, and the entire FFA chapter for their hard work in making this event a memorable experience for everyone involved. 💪✨

Today at PFC David Ybarra Fine Arts Academy, we proudly honored our veterans. Patriotism was on full display as we paid tribute to the brave individuals who have served our country. Thank you to every veteran for your sacrifice and dedication. We are grateful for your service!

Power was successfully restored at 9:00am today. Students will return to Ybarra campus beginning at 11:00am and will have lunch and resume classes.
Parent pickup is at the regular time on the Ybarra campus. Bus transportation will return to the regular schedule.
