Goal: To implement
technology and the Internet into the campus/district/library using the
knowledge and skills gained in the TIF Tech Training.
Support
- Create technical support web
page.
- Appoint and train a
technical instructor.
- Implement basic technology
workshops for staff.
- Network with districts technology
department and surrounding school districts.

Instructional Initiatives
- Upgrade and demonstrate existing
C.O.W's
- Review TEKS for technology with
staff.
- Set benchmarks for educator to
learn the program of the microsoft office suite.
- Integrate a timeline that
coincides with benchmark goals.
- Provide web site resources for
student and staff.

Sustainability
- Continue technology education
for staff.
- Upgrade current
technology/acquire new software for use with C.O.W.'s
- Maintain the support personnel.
- Budget monies for maintenance,
upgrades, and additional technology supplies.
- Have on member of each of the
academic teams trained in the specifics of each program.
- Have members report on progress
in order to ensure continuous improvement.

Evaluation and periodic
review
- Staff surveys regarding
technical issues.
- Survey teachers on curriculum
technology implementation.
- Benchmark program will highlight
the areas of improvement and areas in need of training.
- Our program will be reviewed
with surrounding school districts.

Future possibilities
- Campus wide wireless network.
- Lesson plans on teacher's own
web page.
- Obtaining laptops for each
professional staff.
